Expected strategic goals of the development strategy of Zhytomyr Agricultural Technical Professional College
The main directions of college development include the following goals and objectives:
- to improve the management system according to ISO 9001:2015;
- to improve the quality system of the College’s educational services, in particular, the transparency and democracy of the application procedure at all its stages;
- to create an effective system of career guidance work;
- to improve the selection and education of talented young people;
- to develop the strategic partnership with general educational institutions, vocational and technical schools, colleges of the region, enterprises and organizations, social structures and other institutions;
- implement the integration of curricula and programs of postgraduate education;
- to start preparations for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the college, including video materials, publications, etc.
